HOW HYDRO CYCLONES WORK

Feed Inlet → Vortex Finder → Cylindrical Section → Conical Section → Apex / Underflow

Hydrocyclones use centrifugal force to separate particles based on size, density and specific gravity. Feed enters tangentially, creating a vortex that drives finer, lighter particles to the overflow and coarse, heavier particles to the underflow.
