HOW VIBRATING SCREENS WORK

Material Inlet → High-Frequency Vibrating Motion → Oversize / Midsize / Fines

The vibrating screen uses high-frequency vibration to stratify and separate materials based on particle size. Larger particles move forward and discharge from the top deck, while smaller particles pass through to lower decks for accurate classification.
